This Privacy Policy explains how MaybeItsSoftware Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom, handles your information when you use the Literature Clock watch face for Wear OS (the "App"). MaybeItsSoftware Ltd is the data controller for any personal data described in this policy.

The App is a self-contained watch face. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, and no permission to access the internet.

1. Information We Do Not Collect (No Personal Data)

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data.

• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or account credentials.
• The App does not request access to your location, sensors, health data, contacts, or files.
• The App does not request the internet permission, so it cannot send data anywhere.

2. How the App Works

Every quotation the App displays is bundled inside the App itself. Each minute, the App picks a passage matching the current time from that bundled collection and draws it on your watch face. Nothing is downloaded and nothing about what you see is recorded.

The App can also provide the current quotation as a complication for other watch faces. That text is passed to the watch face you choose on your device by Wear OS; it does not leave your watch.

3. Local Data Storage

The following settings are stored on your watch only:

• your chosen theme (Light, Dark, Sepia or High Contrast); and
• whether Safe Mode and Hide Easter Eggs are switched on.

These settings may be included in your Google account's Android backup if you have backup enabled on your watch. You can delete them at any time by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We have no data about you to share. We do not sell, trade, or rent any information.

5. Data Retention

We hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Settings stored on your watch remain there until you clear the App's storage or uninstall it.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are published at the address above, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy is revised.
