Learn more about how London Dock Compass guides your rides.
London Dock Compass connects directly to Transport for London's (TfL) live BikePoint API. It calculates your bearing and distance to nearby docking stations and tells you exactly how many pedal bikes, e-bikes, and docking spaces are available in real time.
Yes! London Dock Compass is published as a single app on Google Play that delivers optimized experiences for both Wear OS smartwatches (compass needle, tile, complication) and Android phones (clean card deck).
When cycling, you can pin your destination dock. The app monitors available spaces: if your target dock starts filling up or runs out of spaces, your watch buzzes with an urgent alert so you can safely divert before you arrive.
No. GPS and compass sensors are only activated when the app is in the active foreground or actively tracking a pinned ride, following Wear OS power efficiency best practices.
